Confirm with the maker directly. Exact pickup details are shared only once you've accepted an offer.
How trust works here
Vouches, not reviews
Each member gets a handful of vouches to give — a small, scarce number, spent on real people they'd actually recommend. Verified orders count most. No anonymous star ratings, no public complaints, no review-bombing.
Privacy by design
Brand names only, never personal ones. Real product photos straight from the maker — not stock images. Pickup landmarks, not addresses — exact details shared only after an order is accepted. Phone numbers are never shown publicly.
We're in your corner
If an order doesn't go as planned, we help you sort it out with the maker — and event-critical orders get a backup maker on standby, so your day doesn't fall through. During the pilot we aim to respond to every request within an hour.
Recommendations vs. vouches
A vouch is scarce and tied to a real transaction. A "recommend a provider" submission (for services like tutoring, cleaning, or contractors) is a lighter, different signal — and we never publish a name or a "recommended by N neighbors" count without that specific neighbor's OK.
