How trust works here
Vouches, not reviews
Each member gets a handful of vouches to give — a small, scarce number, spent on real people they'd actually recommend. Vouches made after an accepted offer carry stronger context. No anonymous star ratings, no public complaints, no review-bombing.
Privacy by design
Brand names only, never personal ones. Real product photos straight from the maker — not stock images. Pickup landmarks, not addresses — exact details shared only after an order is accepted. Phone numbers are never shown publicly.
We're in your corner
If an order doesn't go as planned, we help you sort it out with the maker directly. During the pilot, a real person reads every request — usually the founder.
Recommendations vs. vouches
A vouch is scarce, and vouches made after an accepted offer carry the strongest context. A "recommend a provider" submission (for services like tutoring, cleaning, or contractors) is a lighter, different signal — and we never publish a name or a "recommended by N neighbors" count without that specific neighbor's OK.
